The Society of Insurance Broking has just published their report on Engaging SMEs in employee wellbeing and protection polices.

As part of the Chartered Insurance Institute New Generation Programme, Kathryn was appointed author of the report and her focus was upon trust within the protection insurance market. Through her research she spoke with a number of people from within and outside the insurance sector, to try and get a good understanding of where things are going well, and identify barriers to engagement.
