We were overjoyed to have won Best Team Moment of the Year at the Professional Adviser New Talent Awards. The winning moment was our Sign2Sing video we created back in January of this year, to raise awareness of British Sign Language for the charity Sign Health

A lovely surprise was that our video was played during the virtual awards ceremony. It really reminded us all of what a wonderful and special project this was for all involved.

Managing Director, Kathryn Knowles, is currently taking part in a British Sign Language course, the video really inspired her to pursue signing further.

Improving accessibility within our industry for deaf people is of huge importance to us at Cura and we hope that by taking part in Sign2Sing it has had a positive impact in increasing awareness of BSL as a communication tool.
