I am so happy to be shortlisted as a Diversity Champion at the NextGen Planners awards tomorrow. The awards are taking place under the theme of the Future of the Profession.

This shortlist is particularly lovely to get. It means that someone has taken the time to submit a video to the NextGen Planners, to put me forward for this award.

There is nothing that makes me prouder than seeing my name associate with diversity. I have spent many years building my reputation as someone that wants to make true change within our industry.

Improving access to insurance is a personal goal of mine, having been declined insurance in the past myself. I know what that feels like and I do everything in my power to stop other people experiencing that same feeling.
