After seeing new competition enter the market Aviva have improved their free Life Cover for parents. The revised ‘Free Parent Life Cover’ comes with some key advantages to the old new parent only policy:

£15,000 of free Life Insurance for each parent (£30,000 per couple where two individual policies are applied for)
You can now apply up to your childs 4th birthday
Cover now applies for one full year from the policy start date regardless of the childs age
